These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PicSwipe mobile application (the “App”) provided by EzApps (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Use of the App
PicSwipe is intended for personal, non-commercial use to help you manage your photo library. You must not misuse the App, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in any unlawful manner.
Photo Access
With your permission, PicSwipe accesses your device’s photo library. All photo processing occurs on your device. We do not upload or store your photos on our servers. You remain responsible for maintaining backups of your own photos.
Subscriptions & Purchases
PicSwipe offers an optional Pro subscription available in two plans: Pro Weekly (renews every 7 days) and Pro Yearly (renews every 12 months). Subscriptions and payments are processed through Apple’s App Store using your Apple ID.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
By purchasing, you agree to Apple’s terms and billing practices. Pricing and features may change for future renewals; if required, we will provide notice in the App or on our website. All sales are final, subject to applicable law and App Store refund policies.
Intellectual Property
The App and all related content, features, and branding are the intellectual property of EzApps or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a manner that may harm us, other users, or third parties.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzApps and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, device issues, or subscription costs.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on our website. By continuing to use the App after changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
